For JRF: ME/MTech in Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical
or MSc/MS in Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical with NET/GATE
or BE/BTech in Electronics /Instrumentation with NET/GATE
For Project Assistant II: M.Sc/MS/BE/BTech in Electronics/Instrumentation with minimum 55% marks
Fellowship: Rs. 25000/- + HRA [for JRF] / Rs. 25000/- (Consolidated) [for PA-II]
Job description: The selected candidate will be involved in the development of device and validation, including optical sensing, optical and electronics design and modelling, embedded programming, data handling and processing, testing and performance evaluation under simulated and field test conditions.
Age limit: 28 years for JRF and 30 years for Project Assistant II as on date of interview (age relaxation as per CSIR rule).
Duration for both positions: Till June, 2020
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to appear before the Selection Committee for personal interview (additional written test for Project Assistant Level II) along with biodata, two sets of all certificates and originals as well as two passport size photos on 29 Aug 2018 (10:30 AM) at CSIR-CSMCRI, G. B. Marg, Bhavnagar-364002, Gujarat India. The posts are purely temporary for duration of sponsored project only. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidates for claiming extension or absorption in CSMCRI/CSIR.
No travelling or any other allowances will be paid for attending the interview.
