Qualification:
- Soldier General Duty (Sol GD): Applicants who have completed SSLC/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Indian Army Recruitment 2018.
- Soldier Technical: Applicants who have completed 10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Indian Army Recruitment 2018.
- Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper: Applicants who have completed 10+2/ Intermediate Exam with 60% marks in aggregate and min 50% in each subject or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Indian Army Recruitment 2018.
- Soldier Technician (House Keeper): Applicants who have completed 8th pass, Matric / 10th or 9th failed candidates must produce 8th pass certificate & Mark Sheet and Both must be signed by Head Master and countersigned by District Education Officer (DEO) or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Indian Army Recruitment 2018.
- Open category for Sportsman: Applicants who have completed Class 10 pass with 33% in each subject and 45% in aggregate is mandatory. No percentage is considered in case the candidate has passed higher qualification i.e 10+2 and above. Percentage waiver for candidates having passed in higher qualification is applicable only for the aggregate marks in Class X but 33% marks in an individual subject are mandatory or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Indian Army Recruitment 2018.
