Age Limit:
• For Unreserved Category : 30 years and

Fixed Salary:

1st Year Rs. 17500/-
2nd Year Rs. 19000/-
3rd Year Rs. 20500/-
No other allowance or benefits would be admissible except coverage under Personal Accident Policy, Reimbursement of TA/DA as per GSO-332 dated 03.02.2003.

Fees (Non-Refundable): (Only online payment will be accepted)
Rs.500.00 for UR & SEBC candidate
Rs.250.00 for ST & SC candidates
• If PWD (Persons with Disability) candidate belongs to SC or ST category and fulfills the criteria, fees payable shall be Rs.250/-

• Bank charges shall be borne by candidate.

Educational Qualification: (1) 12th class (+2 stage) pass or its equivalent examination. (OR)
(2) A Pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board and having ITI certificate may also apply to be posted as Tech-III.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years – maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2019. No relaxation in lower or upper age limit is permissible for any category of candidates.

Salary: PB-1 ₹ 5,200 – 20,200/- (6th PC) + Grade Pay ₹ 2000 or 1900 (Level 3 / Level 2 of 7th CPC).

Examination Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 250/- for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / PWDs, Women, Minorities and EBC Candidates; ₹ 500/- for all other candidates. The Bank Draft / IPO should be issued in favour of ‘FA & CAO, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach – 700043’, payable at GPO / Kolkata.

Selection Process: All eligible candidates will be called for Sports Trial and after Trial, only the FIT candidates will be called for Interview.

How to Apply:
(a) Application as per prescribed application format given should be submitted on A4 size paper duly filled in by the candidates own handwriting, duly accompanying with self attested copies of all certificates and;
(b) Two passport size photographs (one to be pasted in the space provided in the application form and other to be clipped with the application form).
(c) All the Photocopies of Sports achievement Certificates, Age proof certificate. Education qualification and caste certificate should be self attested by the Candidate and should be enclosed along with Application Form.
(d) Any discrepancy found in the application and documents submitted by the applicants will render the application invalid. Candidates should write the “Name of the event, Category applied for and Post applied for” in block letters at the top of envelope which should be super scribed: “Application against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) Recruitment for the Year 2018-19”.
